Alfredo Potatoes

Alfredo Potatoes

Ingredients:

5 potatoes
1 cup of Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
1 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of pepper
1/8 tsp of thyme





Steps

1st) take out 5 potatoes and wash them


2nd) Place them on a plate and microwave for six minutes or until tender

3rd) Meanwhile, make your sauce, mix the Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese, garlic powder, pepper, and thyme


4rd) Once the potatoes cool, cut them long wise



4th) Spoon out some of the middle of potato, just a little, and pour some of your sauce in the potato sprinkle some more cheese on the top



5th) Microwave for one more minute so the cheese on the tip can melt

    I really liked it. I used it as a side with the teriyaki chicken, even if it was a side it tasted better than the main dish (teriyaki). I guess you can say its fattening since it has a lot of cheeses but it is sooooooooooooo GOOD. my fave.

    This was so scrumptious and it was a great idea. The alfredo sauce made the potatoes taste really good. The cheese made it even more delicious and it was really fast to make so Alexis didnt keep me waiting long.

  3. OMG! i loooved the potatoe! it really didnt taste like it was made in the microwave at all. The flavors of the sauce and the chees was super tasty!

  4. The Alfredo potatoes melted in my mouth, this is some soul food! It is super yummy. I think this would be a great snack and side dish for football games, parties, and movie time!
    the sauce smelled so good that it made my room smell like a kitchen. The texture of the potato was so smooth and the cheese and sauce was perfectly melted on top......it was good...so good that it burn the roof of my mouth. I am totally going to make this for potlucks! ha
