Picadillo

Picadillo

Ingredients:
ground meat
celery

carrots
potatoes
onion garlic
salt and pepper
oil




Steps:

1. First you get out a cutting board, and cut all your vegetables such as the celery, carrots, potatoes and onions, Do not forget to peel your po
tatoes and onions !

Make sure you cut the vegetables into small pieces.
If you are cooking for more people use more vegetables and ground meat, the amount of vegetables and ground meat depends on how much you want.





2. Second, turn on your stove to medium, place some oil on your pan
Let the pan heat up for a little


3. Third, once the pan is heated put the ground meat and all your cut vegetables in the pan
Make sure to add salt and pepper at your own preference, and also throw in a little tiny bit of garlic for a little bit of extra flavor



4. Fourth, stir all your ingredients until cooked.Cook for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Cooking time varies depending on how much you cook

    i thought this came out REALLY good, i was surprised. What made it good was adding a little bit more salt at the end.

  2. The food was yummy. It had just right amount of flavor not too salt nor bland. I tasted ground beef, potatoes, carrots, celery, black pepper....I thought the food blended well together especially the potatoes. The orange from the carrots added color giving a better a visual appearance than just brown color. I bet this would taste yummy over rice. thank you.

    I liked the picadillo it had a lot of flavor. I loved how the vegetables were nice and soft. I also love the extra amount flavor the ground beef. This was a good choice of food to make.
