Shrimp Burrito

Shrimp Burrito !

Ingredients:
huge flour tortilla
a good amount of shrimp
4 small tomatoes
half an onion
2 green chile peppers
half a lettuce
slices of pepper jack cheese
chipotle sauce
garlic salt
pepper




Steps:

First ! ! : take your shrimp out of whatever it is in, and wash it, after washing them began to peel the shrimp

Second: Cut the shrimp into halves, After cutting the shrimp into halves place all the cut up shrimp into a bowl.

Add Garlic Salt

Third: Cut half of an onion into thin strips, and cut the 4 small tomatoes into little squares.

Fourth: Once finished cutting all the vegetables, Add them into the bowl with all the shrimp.

add pepper

Fifth: Mix all the vegetables and the shrimp together

Get a pan and place on the stove on medium or a little tiny bit lower

Sixth: Cook the shrimp and all the vegetables in the pan and place the lid on the pan.
Meanwhile, while the shrimp is cooking cut up the lettuce
Seventh: Once the shrimp is all orange it is cooked.

Eighth: Get another large pan and start heating up the tortilla.
You don't want it to cook for to long because it will get crunchy and rip once your trying to roll up the burrito
Ninth: Once the Tortilla is heated up, place it on a cutting board, flat

Tenth: place the cut lettuce into the middle of the tortilla then place the shrimp with vegetables on top of the lettuce

Eleventh: Now put as much chipotle sauce as you want on top of the shrimp with vegtables.

Twelfth: get on slice 2 slices of pepperjack cheese slices and put that on top of the chipotle sauce
The heat of the shrimp and tortilla should melt the chesse. Yummmmmmm :b
Thirteenth: now roll up your burrito, get the two side and pinch the side and start rollinggg

Now cut it in half !

My invented Salad

Ingredients:
Romaine Lettuce
1 can of corn
shredded cheddar cheese
shredded mozzarella cheese
about 2 spoons of mayonnaise
6 pieces of chicken
about 6 or 7 pieces of bacon

Steps:

1st) boil the pieces of chicken for about 15 minutes or until cooked

2nd) wait until the chicken cools down so you can start shredding it, meanwhile cook your bacon on a pan without oil !

4th)When your done cooking the bacon, let that col, ans start shredding the chicken.

Alfredo Potatoes

Alfredo Potatoes

Ingredients:

5 potatoes
1 cup of Alfredo sauce
1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of cheddar cheese
1 tsp of garlic powder
1/2 tsp of pepper
1/8 tsp of thyme





Steps

1st) take out 5 potatoes and wash them


2nd) Place them on a plate and microwave for six minutes or until tender

3rd) Meanwhile, make your sauce, mix the Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese, garlic powder, pepper, and thyme


4rd) Once the potatoes cool, cut them long wise



4th) Spoon out some of the middle of potato, just a little, and pour some of your sauce in the potato sprinkle some more cheese on the top



5th) Microwave for one more minute so the cheese on the tip can melt

teriyaki chicken

Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients:

3/4 cup of soy sauce
1 cup of mayonnaise
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves-pounded thin

Steps:

1st) In a medium bowl mix together the soy sauce and mayonnaise
I blended it in the blender

2nd) Add the chicken and turn coat, cover and marinate for 30 minutes

3rd) Turn on the stove heat to medium, add a little oil

4th) Place the chicken on the pan for about 13 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked.
I added some of the "teriyaki sauce" in the pan, that's why it looks like that !!

Soy Sauce & Onion Sliced Steak & salsa


Soy Sauce & Onion Sliced Steak

Ingredients:
oil
Thin slices of steak
3 slivers of garlic
1 entire onion
soy sauce
pepper





Salsa

Ingredients:
cilantro
onion
tomato
garlic
lemon
salt
pepper


Steps For Soy Sauce and Onion Sliced Steak:

1st) Wash the slices of thin steak, then cut them into bite size pieces

2nd) Cut 1 whole onion into small pieces, and a few slivers of garlic

3rd) Get a pan out put enough oil on it

4th) place the cut pieces of steak on the pan and put the stove temperature on low


5th) Once the steak is a different color place most of the onion in the pan, leave a little onion left for the salsa, Also put the chopped garlic in the pan
Keep the stove temperature on low, so the onion can cook
you do not want the onion to cook for too long because it will get hard

6th) After about five minutes , put the stove temperature on medium, and add soy sauce
I did not put any particular measurement of soy sauce, Put as much soy sauce to your likings

7th) Cook for about 8 more minutes on low-medium

Enjoy !
I served this with flour tortillas and the salsa, making little burritos


Steps to salsa:

1st) cut the cilantro into small pieces

2nd) Cut about 1 entire tomato

3rd) Get a bowl or whatever you want to put your salsa in, and place the chopped up cilantro and chopped up tomato into the bowl

4th) Also place the The extra onion left from the 1 onion used in the Soy Sauce & Onion Sliced Steak into the bowl

5th) Squeeze 1 lemon into the bowl

6th) Add salt and pepper to your likings

7th) Add a little chopped up garlic

Milanesa

Milanesa

Ingredients:

oil
1/2 a tsp of garlic salt
pepper
salt
bread crumbs
1/2 cup of milk
3 eggs
5 thin steak

Steps:

1st) mix the eggs, milk, garlic salt, pepper,and salt together



2nd) Get a separate bowl and put the bread crumbs in the bowl.




3rd) get the steak and dip it in the egg mix, then dip the steak in the bread crumbs



4th) put oil on a pan and put the steak on the pan.
Leave the steak on the pan for about 2 minutes on each side, It will cook fast since it is thin

barbeque chicken with white corn rice

Barbeque Chicken with White Corn Rice


Ingredients To Barbeque Chicken:
Oil
Original Season-all
Honey Barbeque sauce, (you can use whatever barbeque sauce)
Chicken legs or breast


Ingredients to White Corn Rice:
Water
butter

onion
Chicken seasoning
White rice

a can of corn




Steps To Making Barbeque Chicken:

1st) Take your chicken out the freezer an hour before cooking so it can defrost.

2nd) Wash your chicken and place them on a cutting board or plate


3rd) Slice a few slits on each chicken on each side.

4th) Put The original Season-all on each chicken and put some in the slices that
you made



5th) Turn your stove on and put a pan on the stove and put a little bit of oil in it, Wait for the pan to heat up for a few minutes.
  • Use a pan that that a lid, you'll need it later.




6th) Place all the seasoned chicken pieces on the pan
  • Cook the chicken for about 15-20 minutes, until cooked



7th) Once the chicken is cooked put honey barbeque sauce on the chicken, let a cook for about 5 minutes more

  • You can use any type of barbeque sauce you want






Steps To White Corn Rice:

1st) Pour 2 cups of rice and 4 cups of water in a pot
  • Put the stove at medium


2nd) Add about a tablespoon of the Chicken seasoning

3rd) Chop up some onion, half of 1 fourth of the onion and put it in the pot

5th) Just wait, keep checking on the rice, once most of the water goes away pour the corn and butter in the pot.

6th) The rice should be ready in 5-10 minutes
